Chapter One: Of Wolf and Man
There have been countless tales of a man who takes on the physical form of werewolf. No matter how innocent his soul may be on the nights, when the moon is full their soul is ravaged and becomes animal like. The beast inside a man is contained by a cage. It either expands or extracts depending on a man’s actions but, in some men, the beast is the man; not what he becomes. This is the tale of the beast inside. Storm Asylum; the place for more than just criminals, but the madness of a man’s mind.
John Talbot was once an average human being until his sixteenth birthday one week ago. He had it all, loving parents’, popularity, straight A’s but the best of all, the girl of his dreams.
One
day he went out that night and got lost on his way home. The moon was full and
it was past his curfew. All of a sudden his birth mark began to burn his skin.
The mark was in the shape of a crescent moon. He dropped to his knees and felt
the beast take over. His screams of pain turned in to a wolf’s howl. His nails
became claws, his hair became fur. He had become a werewolf.
