Chapter One: Ode to Death
"My lust for blood shall not go unseen."
Randy, seven, just a little boy. He owns a little squirrel. He named it Lucifer. Lucifer is one and three quarters years old.
One day as Randy was coming home from school he got jumped by three guys. One was a freshman, one was a senior, one was a junior. It started with Randy walking down his normal path to go home. He passed a bush that one of the three guys were hiding in. The freshman jumped out behind Randy and swung a baseball bat toward his head. Randy turned around and put his arm up blocking the bat. He then swung his fist in a complete full motion so the power came from his foot. It his the freshman in the temple and he fell to the floor and stopped moving. He was knocked out. The junior was next to attack. He took a two-by- four and swung toward Randy's feet. He jumped over it and kicked the junior in the chest. It hit him in between heart beats and killed him.
He then looked at the freshman and said, "As I lay you down sleep, you've got something to die for. I am the maniac. Saint Peter will greet you with empty eyes and will turn and lock the gate." Randy then picked up the bat and swung it on the freshman's face until it was completely smashed in and blood flow from everywhere.
Then Randy was on the floor. He did not know why but by the blood coming out the back of his head he'd guess it was an another attacker. The senior had taken a tail pipe to his skull. Randy got up from the floor to have noticed it was his friend, Zepp. Randy faced Zepp and said, "You have broken our pact. Words may be broken, but so may bones. Prepare to have your name hollowed for your sacrifice."
Randy kicked the bat suddenly toward Zepp. He caught it and swung it at Randy smashing him in the ribs. It broke no bones, Randy was as solid as steel. He stood back up and went for a punch but Zepp was too fast. He kicked Randy in the leg so he was unstable. Then Zepp took the two-by-four and smashed Randy in the face with it. Randy unwillingly fell to the floor bleeding. Zepp looked at him and spat on him. He then turned around and walked away.
Randy after a while stood up and walked home. He walked through his front door. He lived alone. His brother had been shipped off to military school, his parents are divorced and neither of them took Randy. The foster parent watching Randy was hanging by her neck in the closet.
